Who are our guests? And why do they choose to stay with us?

Our guests are primarily those who travel on business, as well as those relocating to the area.  If you think about corporate guests who normally stay in hotels, these are the types of people who are now turning to serviced accommodation because of the advantages it brings which include:

More space – A home away  from home environment where, unlike a hotel, they can self-cater (perfect for those with special dietary requirements), dine and relax away from where they sleep – a typical one bed serviced apartment is at least double the size of a hotel room

Better facilities – Comfortable double bed, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dining table, sofa, washer/dryer, flat screen TV with TV/Film package, fast WIFI, fully equipped kitchen, complimentary toiletries and welcome pack with local information.

More privacy – A less intrusive housekeeping service which allows quiet time to work at a proper desk, or relax in the evening on the sofa.

The ability to hold private business meetings in the apartment – rather than booking out a costly conference room, or having to hold it in a public hotel bar.

Better budgeting -Guests are clear on their costs, as the nightly tariff, which is inclusive of all bills, takes the guess work out of financial planning making it easier to budget.

Financial savings – No hidden or extra costs associated with a hotel such as WIFI, laundry or parking.

On average, serviced apartments are 30% cheaper than a hotel stay.

The above benefits mean that booking serviced accommodation is quickly becoming more popular than staying in a hotel, especially with the rise of our increasingly mobile global workforce and digital nomad lifestyle.  In fact, according to Booking.com, 33% of people said they would prefer to stay in a serviced apartment rather than a hotel. Sometimes we may also welcome guests on a leisure trip or other business, who come to visit one of the main attractions or festivals that take place in Leeds. How do our guests find us and how do we ‘verify’ them? Hano Property Ltd primarily work directly with the purchasing departments and ‘accommodation bookers’ of companies with a need to arrange accommodation for visiting staff, associates and clients in Leeds.  We also work with a selection of ‘online travel agents’ who assist companies who require accommodation.  These include Booking.com, Select Apartment, Air BnB, Silverdoor, Trip Advisor, Spareroom and Home Away.

No matter who they are, or how they book with us, all guests have to agree to and sign our strict terms and conditions, and we check all IDs before they are allowed to enter your property.
