We will deal with all minor maintenance and we guarantee that all rent will be paid to you on time.
In essence, by removing the job of looking after a tenant, you as the letting agent, will be paid the same for doing less work associated with dealing with tenants on normal Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements (ASTs).
Not only that, with the Tenant Fee Ban, we think it is only fair to pay agents who work with us a referral fee of up to £500 for any property they successfully on board with us.

All property is inspected at least weekly to ensure our high standards are being kept – when letting agents inspect properties within our group, they always score excellent ensuring the landlord is happy.
Hano Property Ltd are fully liable in the unlikely event of damage and have full insurance to cover such an eventuality.
We work with local businesses, national organisations and accommodation professionals to source and secure suitable guests.
We are the 24/7 concierge and contact for all our guests, you will only ever deal with the team at Hano Property Ltd.
We guarantee that the property will be returned to you at the end of the arrangement in the same, or better condition than when you let it to us.
